# Why am I being asked for access to my microphone, camera, location, and files?

Your camera must be used for Augmented Reality. Your microphone is used when recording video in the experience. Your location is used to locate you on the globe for the Fireworks activity. And file access is needed to save snapshots and video recordings.

# How Do I Delete My Account?

To delete your NYE account, click on the "i" icon on the main landing page to connect to the Information page. From there, click on “Delete Account”.

To delete your VNYE account, log in to the following website with your username and password: https://www.nye2021.com (opens new window). Follow the instructions.
