# Where can I download the mobile apps?

# Can I play the VNYE game on my desktop?

Yes. You can download the VNYE game on the Microsoft Store at https://nye2021.com (opens new window) to play on your desktop. See System Requirements for minimum system requirements.

# Do I need to create an account before I can use the app?

Apple: You can skip the account creation step, but you will not be able to use certain features like Chat with your friends, send Wishes, or play the VNYE game. To skip the account setup process, tap “Skip and continue”. You will have to create an account to access all the app features.

Android: You will have to create an account to use the apps.

Desktop: You will have to create an account to use the apps.

# How do I create an account?

Open the app and click on “Sign Up” to create a new account. Enter a username, your email, and a secure password that follows our requirements. Select the appropriate checkboxes and click on “Sign up”. Note that you will not be able to use the apps if you do not agree with the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy so please read those carefully and check the checkbox. Click on the “Sign up” button. You will return to the Log In page where you can enter your email and password.

# Why do I need to provide an email to create an account?

We validate your account by sending you an email and if you happen to forget your password, we use your email address to help you reset it.

# How do I log in?

From the login page, enter the Username and Password you used to create your account and then tap “Log in”.

# I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

You can request a password reset by tapping “Forgot password” on the Login screen. You’ll receive an email with a link to a web page where you can enter your new password.

# Can I change my Username?

Your Username is set when you first create your account and it's not possible to change your Username. If you really want to change your Username, you can delete your account and create a new one.
