How do I start a chat?

The Chat screen is where you’ll be able to join a chat, start a new chat, or manage your friends. To start a new chat, simply tap on the “+ New” icon which will take you to the “New Chat” screen. Select from the list of available friends, invite a friend by clicking on the “+” icon, and enter a “Chat name” in the box. Tap “Save” to save your friend list. You can have a maximum of 9 friends in a list.

How do I add a friend?

From the Friends screen tap on the “+ Add” button and then tap the “Share” button. Using the native share functionality on your phone, you can share the invitation by the method of your choice.

How do I block a friend?

In the Chat screen, select the “Friends” tab, tap on “Block Friend” icon, and then tap on the “Block Friend” button.

How do I report someone who is being abusive?

In the Chat screen, select the “Friends” tab, tap on the “Report Abuse” icon, and then tap on the “Report Abuse” button.

Chat doesn’t seem to be working. What can I do?

If Chat isn’t sending or loading chat messages, check your internet connection to make sure you’re still connected. If you are, try returning to the main app screen and open Chat again. You can also try restarting the app.
